ERB 19326 Liberty Cap Style Hard Hat with Mega Ratchet, Blue Feature

Polyethylene suspension

Adjusts from head sizes 6-5/8 to 8

Featuring a moisture wicking brow pad that is removable, washable and replaceable. This full brim hard hat can accommodates a chain strap. The suspension also has retaining slots for your goggles. This hat is certified when the headband is installed in the reverse position. The low profile brim and functional rain trough make this hat highly functional. The accessory slots can accommodate a wide variety of eye, face and hearing products. The Mega Ratchet secure-fit features an easy turn knob that allows size adjustment without removing the helmet. Each turn of the ratchet knob automatically lock with 50 meshing teeth securing the position. The no-slip hold maintains the desired fit even in the most physically active jobs or extreme weather conditions. The hinged ratchet fits low on the nape of the neck and is height-adjustable for a perfect fit. The ratchet mechanism is cushioned with a thick sponge padding for long-lasting comfort. This hard hat is SEI Certified.

ERB 14371 Chain Saw Safety Kit Feature

This kit features a full line of safety items to help protect the average worker when using a chainsaw. It features a Orange Omega II helmet with our Mega Ratchet adjustment system. This helmet meets ANSI Z89.1-2009, Type 1 Class C, E and G requirements. The Model 4000 steel mesh face screen attachment provides the wearer protection from flying debris and meets the requirements of ANSI Z87-S 1992. The screen is also epoxy coated for glare and corrosions resistance. The model 5000 visor carrier attachment has a resilient cam-lock feature that holds the face screen in place and has 3 different lockable positions. Also included is a pair of Model 2800 sound shield ear muffs that fitting the accessory slots of the helmet and meets ANSI S3.19 requirements. The Model 116 perforated anti-fog goggles in this kit have polycarbonate lenses and a flexible vinyl frame for a secure fit and they meet ANSI 287.1. Also provided is the Model 19182 chin strap, it is made of durable elastic to help provide comfort and control.
